Three things worth emailing about

The most useful email we get. Send the code, the origin and the month, and say what you believe the right figure is. If you are right it goes on the log under your correction, not ours.
“My file is a shape you do not read.”
A broker’s monthly spreadsheet, a PDF pile, an ACE export, columns in any order. Send it and we will tell you whether it can be read — and a PDF is read by a person, not shipped to anyone else’s machine.
“Delete what I sent.”
Say so and it goes, no questions asked. Reports expire on their own after 30 days regardless.
